Regular Hours: Due to volunteers' schedules, please call before coming to the Box Office to ensure someone is available to help you. Please leave a voice message if nobody answers, and we'll return your call as soon as possible.
Pre-Show Hours: The Box Office is open from 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and two (2) hours before each performance.

Group Discounts
Live theatre is a great way to host an office Christmas party, celebrate a birthday, or spend an evening with friends. Whatever the occasion, Grand Island Little Theatre has established special group rates and offers house buy-outs for groups of 150 or more.

Seating Chart
Tickets are issued on a first-come, first-served basis, honoring preferred seating choices if possible. Please refer to the chart below when making your seat selections. There's no bad seat in the house if we say so ourselves. Requests for special needs seating should call our Box Office. We will do our best to accommodate.
Ticket Policies
The following are Box Office policies for Grand Island Little Theatre. These policies help ensure that all patrons are treated fairly and given the best possible theatre experience.
- Tickets may be purchased/reserved in person at the Box Office, Online, or by phone during Box Office hours.
- Payment is due at the time of purchase for all tickets.
- Ticket holds not paid for within two business days will be released for sale.
- Will Call tickets will be held and available at the Box Office Will Call table on the day/night of your chosen performance.
- Our theatre is handicap accessible. However, we ask patrons requiring special accommodations, such as wheelchairs or walkers, to please mention this when purchasing tickets so the necessary seating arrangements can be made.
- We do not refund the money paid for tickets, but tickets can be exchanged for another show performance. You must call and request 2 hours before the original ticket show date.
- Anyone who enters the auditorium must have a ticket. Keep your ticket stub to re-enter the theatre during the performance.
- Season ticket holders are guaranteed their reserved seats only if they keep their original date reservation or request another date reservation two weeks in advance of the show. After that time, we can no longer guarantee seating availability.
- Performances are canceled only in extreme circumstances. Exchanges for another performance or refunds will be issued only if the show is canceled. We will not refund unused tickets if we have not canceled the performance.
