POLICY FOR MEMBERS OF THE PRODUCTION COUNCIL AND THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
To achieve a higher degree of success for our organization in terms of number of volunteers with expertise to carry out the duties and responsibilities set forth for the Board of Directors and the Production Council, Grand Island Little Theatre (GILT) has established the following policy:
No individuals shall serve in a leadership position, including officers and committee chairs, for both the board of directors and the production council with the expectation of the production council chair. The Production Council chair will serve as the liaison between the Production Council and the Board of Directors.
The only member eligible to serve on the Production Council and the Board of Directors shall be the Production Council Chair.
