Grand Island Little Theatre hosts a golf scramble each August to raise money for the Catherine Fosket Scholarship Fund. The Catherine Fosket Scholarship is a unique scholarship for a high school senior or current college student who has been involved with Grand Island Little Theatre and has a strong appreciation for the arts.
In addition to a worthy cause, there are fantastic flag prizes, raffle prizes, and a provided lunch. While there may be more bogeys than birdies, it's a great way to hit the links and support Grand Island Little Theatre.
Registration starts at 8:30 a.m., and a shotgun starts at 9:00 a.m.
A light lunch is included in the registration fee for our registered golfers after 9 holes of fun golfing.
Fun flag prizes will be awarded in several categories, and you can register to win some great door prizes.
This event is a 3-person, 9-hole golf scramble. Teams can consist of all men, all women, or mixed. Food and beverages will be available at the clubhouse. You may rent golf carts, but they are limited to a "first come, first serve" basis. Call Fonner View Golf Course at 308-382-0202 to reserve carts. Receive a light lunch served by Fonner View after nine holes of golf.
